Cleanse Program Recipes

Vegetable Broth
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 cup winter squash
1 cup beet and or turnips
2  cups swiss chard or spinach
2 celery
1/2 cup seaweed
4 - 1/2 slices of ginger
2 whole cloves of garlic
Cover with water and boil for 1 hour.  Mash down all veggies and strain to get broth.

Green Drink
1 part of each of the following:
Green Beans
Little water to cover
No Salt
Simmer for 1 hour
Combine in a blender
Drink as much as you would like.

3 cups of raw lentils(rinsed)  French, Egyptian or Plain
7 cups of water or veggie broth
1/2 tsp salt
Simmer for 3 or 4 hours

Lentil Soup
Steam or saute in olive oil the following.
1 cup of onion (saute first for 20 min on low heat with lid)
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
Add to the lentils after their cooked and continue to simmer until all cooked.
Add chopped tomatoes fresh to the soup before serving.
Add to soup if you are not on the 21 day cleanse and simmer 30 min more
2 tbs. red wine
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbs. molasses
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
